IE Singapore Social Intranet
Role: UX Lead. UX activities I conducted: user research, information architecture, interaction design, usability testing. Award: DWG winner (1st place)- Best intranet.
A social intranet designed through extensive user research. The result was a transformation of a silo-based intranet to a truly collaborative intranet that allowed real-time sharing of business information among employees across the globe.

An ATM & branch locator application for Standard Chartered that reduced costs through reduced call centre calls and improved customer satisfaction through improved usefulness, efficiency and user experience of the application.

A multiple award winning global websites revamp project with an initial rollout to 7 countries which consisted of a unified look and feel, optimised user flows and a trend setting responsive design strategy for the banking industry.

A cross-channel multilingual travel application available as a website on desktop, mobile and tablet, and later on as a mobile app, which provided one-stop access to Visa travel-related tools and information.
