Background
My role was to support with the user research phase of the project involving user interviews to understand the student’s journey from beginning to end (initial interest to admission into university) depicted as personas and customer journey maps, synthesis and a design sprint (yes, we were doing it way back then when it wasn’t a thing, and in this particular case, much quicker) with one of the schools in the university to come up with their school section of the website.
