Hi, I’m Abhay Rautela. I’m a UX Design Lead from The Netherlands with 16 years of experience leading award-wining digital products and services for Fortune 500 companies and more through user-centred and research-based design.

I strategise, plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research, usability testing and design products with measurable outcomes that customers love to use to get their jobs done.

I inform design with data rather than assumption co-creating solutions with customers.

Design is collaborative. In order to accomplish business and user goals, I strive to create a shared understanding of the UX vision and drive collaboration between business, product, and technology right from the very start of a project to release and after.

Some clients I have helped with on research, strategy, design and processes

Bacardi, De Beers, DHL, Guinness, Harvard, London Stock Exchange, Qatar Airways Group, Standard Chartered Bank, Starwood Hotels, Tourism Australia (government agency), VISA and Western Union.
