My role
User Experience Lead
What was it about?
This was a total of 7 Standard Chartered country websites to be rolled out in a phased approach for India, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, China and Malaysia. As UX Lead, I led UX on the project as UX lead setting the UX vision, planning, coordinating and executing user research and information architecture, content strategy and interaction design activities to create a unified information architecture and design responsive website strategy and Standard Chartered’s country websites across the globe both for desktop and mobile.
Activities
Some of the activities included workshops, deliverable presentations and prototype demos, competitor UX audit and online best practices study, understanding business processes, content inventory, site mapping, a deep dive in web analytics and administering surveys to validate hypotheses, user flows, information flow modelling, customer purchase customer journey mapping, prototyping and a responsive design strategy that set the bar for banking websites worldwide.
